Can I contact you by phone?   We would prefer that you contact us by e-mail sales sales@aspecto.co.uk as this enables us to respond to all your queries quickly and efficiently. Working hours are 9.00am-5.30pm Monday to Friday.
 
The product I ordered is now reducedCan you refund the difference? Unfortunately we can’t
                                                reimburse you the difference after you have placed an order.
 
Can I pay by any method other than debit/credit card? If you choose to visit one of our stores there are
                                                other payment options available but we only accept debit/credit cards
                                                over the internet. (See Ordering & Payment on the site for details
                                                of the cards accepted).
 
When will I be charged?         When you submit your order we contact your card issuer automatically for authorisation to take payment from your account.      
 
Can someone else sign for my delivery? Yes, anyone at the specified delivery address can sign 
                                                                for the goods.
 
I am unable to be at home for delivery of my order? The carrier will leave a card through your door
informing you of attempted delivery. This card will give instructions on how to obtain your parcel.
 
Can you deliver to an alternative address? We have to deliver the address which your card issuer
has on file, however we do allow delivery to a place of work. Please email
the business address to sales@aspecto.co.uk and provided we can ascertain that it is a bona fide business and that you are employed at that location we are happy to comply.
 
Can I change my order?          This will depend on the status of your order. Please check the
order tracking facility on www.aspecto.co.uk. If your order has no tracking number then it is still awaiting despatch and it may be possible but please note that we can only alter size or colour options, cancel an item or indeed the whole order. It is not possible to add other goods to an existing order.   If you wish to make a change please e-mail sales@aspecto.co.uk Customer Services will advise by return of e-mail what action has been taken.
 
Can I cancel my order?           Under the UK Distance selling Regulations you have the right to
                                                cancel your order and receive a full refund. Please note that if you
                                                accept delivery of an order which you wish to cancel then you must ensure the goods are returned no later than 14 days following the date of receipt. Failure to follow these time constraints will affect your right to a full refund and could result in Aspecto refusing to accept the return of the goods.
 
How long will a refund take?  Please note that refunds will be carried out as soon as possible upon return of the goods provided that they pass quality control. Please note that it can take anywhere from 5-10 working days for your credit card company to show a credit on your account. This time frame is outside our control and is dictated by your card issuer. Please note that you will only receive a credit to the card which made the original purchase.
 
I have not received all my goods what do I do? It may be that the parcel was damaged in transit alternatively it could be an error on our part as picking mistakes can happen. Please alert us by e-mail at sales@aspecto.co.uk and we will investigate further.
 
You have not refunded the delivery charge? Please note that delivery charges are non-refundable. The only exception would be if you have received an incorrectly delivered item.        
 
I have been refunded the incorrect amount what do I do? If you feel the sum credited is incorrect do not hesitate to contact us via e-mail sales@aspecto.co.uk. Please note that if discount was applied to your original order it will be applied pro-rata to the returned item/items. Carriage is not refundable.
