UK Shipments
We use a signed for 24hrs service with Parcelforce for all UK consignments but the Highlands/Islands deliveries will take longer than 24hrs. If you have been advised of a tracking number and not received goods within a 2-5 working day window, please contact buyonline@aspecto.co.uk.
International Shipments
Customers from the USA are exempt from VAT. The 20% UK VAT will be deducted when you proceed to the checkout. Please note that Aspecto cannot ship Barbour products internationally due to distribution regulations.
We use Fedex to ship all consignments in Europe and USA. As an additional security measure customers outside the UK may be required to fax/email a copy of a utility invoice or ID showing the name and address of the person who has placed the order. If you have been advised of a tracking number and not received goods within a 7-10 working day window, please contact buyonline@aspecto.co.uk.
