Privacy

Information will remain private and be stored on our database. However, information may be used by Aspecto Clothing Co Ltd to improve your shopping experience, enabling us to handle your order, deliver products, process payments and alert you to promotional offers. 

 Protection

We will release account and personal information only when we believe it appropriate to comply with the law, to enforce or apply our Conditions of Use and other agreements to protect the rights, property or safety of Aspecto Clothing Co Ltd.  This includes exchanging information with other companies and organisations for fraud protection. Please note that Aspecto Clothing retain no card data whatsoever on their database.   

Agents

We do employ other companies and individuals to perform certain functions on our behalf i.e. processing credit card payments,  delivering packages, sending mail, analysing data.  They will have access to the personal information needed to allow them to perform their function but may not use it for any other purpose.

 Security

We only use secure payment gateways to process payments.  Your credit card details are not stored on our database.  We take all possible care to protect your personal details but in the absence of negligence on our part we can not be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to the data provided when you placed your order. 

Conditions of Use

You may not use this site or any of its content to further any commercial purpose, including any advertising or advertising revenue generation on your own site.  You use this site at your sole risk.  We reserve the right to deny you access to this site, or any part of it, at any time without notice.  If you engage in prohibited activities you could be denied access to the Site on a permanent basis. 

Pricing

The Euro/USD prices on our website are a guide only and all payments will be made in sterling. Customers outside the UK will be responsible for any Duty/import charges which may be applicable.
 
Order Cancellation 

Please note that Aspecto reserve the right not to accept your order in the event, for example, that we are unable to obtain authorisation for payment, if the item ordered is out of stock or if the item has been withdrawn from sale due to quality control reasons.

Governing Law

Aspecto’s policies and procedures are in accordance with the Law of England and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England.Aspecto Clothing Co Ltd reserves the right to change its policy, notably in line with any revised legislation.  Please continue to check our Privacy Policy Statement for any revisions.  Your continued use of the site signifies your acceptance of these terms.

ORDER
 
 Where will I find my internet order number?
When you submit an order you will receive an order confirmation to the email address which you set up within your Aspecto account and the internet order number appears on this document. You can also find this information in the my account section of our website.
 
 Can I see the status of my order?
You can trace the status of your order by accessing my account at www.aspecto.co.uk www.aspecto.co.uk. This facility indicates when your order has been received, when it is in picking and when it is shipped, your tracking number will also appear in this facility.
 

 
 

 PAYMENT
Is my payment secure?
We offer two secure payment gateways Sagepay and Paypal. Please note that you must use the address to which your card is registered when using Sagepay and in the case of Paypal you must use an address which can be confirmed as valid within your Paypal profile.
 
Do you accept mail order?
Please note we do not accept mail order and all payments must process online in order that your details pass through the Sagepay/Paypal security checks to ensure the genuine card holder is using the account.
 
I have received an error message with my Sagepay payment?
In certain cases the card issuer may be unable to confirm that the details you have input match those of the card used in the transaction. If you receive a message asking you to contact the merchant please dont keep trying to place another order. In such cases the payment will be held in a pending facility and Aspecto will have to conduct additional security checks to ensure that you are the genuine card holder. You will be advised in due course if your order has been approved or rejected and your payment will be accepted/rejected according to whether we could verify your details independently.
 
When does the Contract between the consumer and Aspecto Commence?
Upon receipt of a full and valid payment for good the customer is sent an emailed order confirmation and this confirmation of the commencement of the contract.

 
 

 
DELIVERY
 
Has my order been shipped?
When your goods leave our warehouse an automated email with tracking reference is sent to your email address along with a link to the Parcelforce/Fedex website. Please note that you will need to enable buyonline@aspecto.co.uk to your inbox or these messages can divert to spam. You can also view the status of your order and whether or not it has shipped by accessing the my account section at www.aspecto.co.uk
 
I have received a faulty item, what should I do?
If you believe the goods received are of faulty manufacture please return them to us advising of the reason for return on the returns docket and we will inspect and advise accordingly upon receipt.
 
I have received an incorrect item, what should I do?
We are only human and picking errors can occur from time to time. If you have received goods that you haven't ordered please advise of the details by email to sales@aspecto.co.uk and return the incorrectly delivered piece. We will do our best to replace the incorrectly delivered piece as quickly as possible and correct any carriage charges which you have incurred.
 
Package damaged in transit?
If a package appears to have been damaged in transit it is essential that you sign the couriers paperwork as damaged. Signing for the package as damaged will speed up any possible insurance claim should that be necessary.
 
I am missing an item from my order?
On occasion we may ship your goods in separate consignments at no additional cost to yourself. If this is the case you will receive a number of emails advising of your multiple tracking references. If you have not received an email advising of multiple tracking references and you are missing items from your order please email queries@aspecto.co.uk and we will investigate and advise by email.
 
Can you deliver to my work address?
Aspecto will not deliver to alternative residential addresses if you have paid with Sagepay but we are happy to deliver to a place of work. If you require delivery to your place of work please email buyonline@aspecto.co.uk with the name and address of the business plus your internet order number and we will amend your delivery details once we have verified it is a bona fide business and you are employed at that location.  When paying with Paypal you are allowed to create multiple addresses within your Paypal profile and provided your order is placed with an address confirmed by Paypal that is the ddress to which we must ship.
 
What happens to my delivery if there is no one to sign for my goods?
If you are not home at the time of delivery the carrier will leave a card through your letterbox informing you of attempted delivery. The card will give instructions on how to obtain your parcel but you will require ID to collect from your local post office or Parcelforce depot. Please note that anyone at the delivery address can sign for your package.

 
 


 
 
RETURNS
 
Can I cancel my order under Distance Selling Regulations?
Under UK Distance Selling Regulations you have 7 working days (from date following date of receipt) to cancel the contract with Aspecto. In this case we will issue you with a full refund, however, you will need to return the entire order at your cost if you have already received the shipment. In all cases goods must be in their original condition and will be inspected upon their return. If you decide to cancel your order with Aspecto.co.uk you must let us know in writing (email is fine) quoting your internet order number.
 
Can I return goods for refund/exchnage outside the 7 day cancellation policy?
In addition to Distance Selling Regulations you can return goods for whatever reason up to14 days following date of receipt for refund or exchange. For returns outside Distance Selling Rehgulations we will refund the monetary value of the goods returned to us at the price you paid. This does include sale items. In all cases goods must be returned in their original condition including tags, packaging and shoe boxes where applicable. All goods will be inspected upon return. The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse so we recommend you retain proof of posting.
 
How do I return an item?
Each order is shipped with an invoice and on the reverse is a returns docket which we ask you to complete and include in the return package with the goods. Please send the goods to the Manchester address shown on the address label. If you wish to return the goods via one of our stores we are more than happy to accommodate you but please note we don't have transport at each location on a daily basis and all refunds will have to be completed at Head Office. Straight exchanges can be completed in store provided they have the stock available.
 
My return was refunded but I was not refunded my delivery charge?
We only refund outbound carriage in line with Distance Selling Regulations or if the item was incorrectly shipped or was found to be faulty. Please note that return carriage is the responsibility of the customer and we do recommend that you use a traceable method of carriage for your return. Please note we do not advise customers of receipt back into our warehouse. In the case of incorrectly delivered or faulty items return carriage will be refunded but if a priority courier is used then only a reasonable sum will be refunded.
 
How do I get my refund?
Once we receive your returned parcel, we will inspect and process the goods within 24 hours and aim to process a refund as quickly as possible but retain the right to refund up to 30 days following the return of these goods. You will receive an automated email advising of the refund but please note it can take your card issuer a few days to allocate the sum in question back to your account. This time frame is outside our control and dictated by your card issuer.
 
What do I do if I feel the item supplied is faulty?
Please note we will need to see the item in question prior to determining if there is a manufacturing fault and you must send it back to us as you would with any other return. Should a manufacturing fault subsequently be confirmed we will happily exchange/refund and cover any carriage costs incurred in the return of the item.

Do you price match?
I am afraid we do not participate in price matching incentives.
 
If a price of a product has been reduced am I entitled to a refund?
Product lines are reduced throughout the season to achieve sell out and the closer we get to the end of the season the less you will pay but you also run the risk of the product/size required being unavailable. We believe the price agreed at the time of your order is the price you are happy to pay and we will not be able to refund any difference should that item subsequently be discounted further.
 
How do I contact customer services?
As an online retailer, we want our customers to have a fantastic experience when buying goods online and we try to give the information up front that will help most customers answer any questions that might arise. I have seen a product which no longer appears to be in stock?
If we have a quick selling line or if we are at the end of a season demand can exceed supply. Our stock systems work on real time and will only let you order if we have stock showing as available. If you are unable to add something to your basket it means that the last one has already been taken by another customer.
 
Do you have a shop?
Yes we do and the stores  currently appear in the footer of all our website pages. Please note that not all stores sell all product lines so it is worth giving them a call prior to visiting and they are able to hold goods for limited time periods pending your visit.
